Educational Qualification
Post No. 1 (General Manager): Post-specific qualification; examples include B.Pharma./B.Sc. (Medicinal Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry) for Sales & Marketing and M.Pharma. for Procurement/Quality. Minimum 18 years relevant experience for GM posts.
Post No. 2 (Deputy General Manager): Post-specific qualification such as B.Pharma./B.Sc., M.Pharma., B.Com./M.Com., or B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA, with generally 15 years relevant experience.
Post No. 3 (Manager): Post-specific qualification such as BVSc & AH or B.Pharma. in relevant functions, with generally 10 years relevant experience.
Post No. 4 (Deputy Manager): Post-specific qualification such as B.Pharma., B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA or Graduate, with generally 7 years relevant experience.
Post No. 5 (Assistant Manager): Post-specific qualification such as Graduate, B.Pharma., BVSc & AH, B.Com. (Hons.), B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA or LLB, with generally 5 years relevant experience.
Post No. 6 (Senior Executive): Post-specific qualification such as Graduate, B.Pharma., BVSc & AH or B.Com. (Hons.), with generally 3 years relevant experience.
Post No. 7 (Senior Marketing Officer): B.Pharma./B.Sc. (Biotech./Medicinal Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry); MBA in Sales/Marketing desirable; minimum 3 years Sales/Marketing experience in Pharma sector.
Post No. 8 (Senior Pharmacist): B.Pharma.; M.Pharma. desirable; minimum 3 years experience in Pharma sector.
Post No. 9 (Executive): Post-specific qualification including B.Com., BCA/B.Tech./B.Sc. Computer Science or Graduate, with generally 1 year relevant experience.
Post No. 10 (Marketing Officer): B.Pharma./B.Sc. (Biotech./Medicinal Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry); MBA in Sales/Marketing desirable; minimum 1 year Sales/Marketing experience in Pharma sector.
