Educational Qualification

Post No. 1 (Office Assistants (Multipurpose)): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent; proficiency in local language as prescribed by participating RRBs; desirable working knowledge of computer.

Post No. 2 (Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent; preference for specified disciplines; proficiency in local language; desirable working knowledge of computer.

Post No. 3 (Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer)): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks; two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

Post No. 4 (Officer Scale-II (IT)): Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Communication/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with minimum 50% marks; relevant IT experience as specified.

Post No. 5 (Officer Scale-II (CA)): Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; one year as a Chartered Accountant.

Post No. 6 (Officer Scale-II (Law)): Degree in Law or equivalent with minimum 50% marks; two years as an advocate or as Law Officer in a Bank/Financial Institution.

Post No. 7 (Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager)): Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/institution; one year in the relevant field.

Post No. 8 (Officer Scale-II (Marketing Officer)): MBA in Marketing from a recognized university; one year in the relevant field.

Post No. 9 (Officer Scale-II (Agriculture Officer)): Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Dairy/Animal Husbandry/Forestry/Veterinary Science/Agricultural Engineering/Pisciculture or equivalent with minimum 50% marks; two years in the relevant field.
